got this download from net & thought of posting here

just install the Rapid-USDownloader.1.3.4.8.No.Captcha.sep.2007.by.owl4u2000
it will install it to your default programme files (you can change it to your desired directory)
if you wish for that just give the path/directory.
& after installation complete it creates icon on desktop.
you can download from RAPIDSHARE with out captcha
thats all.
